Every weekday, one of the co-hosts of ABC’s “The View” concludes the show by telling viewers to “take a little time and enjoy the view.” Joy Behar is taking this advice in a totally different erection, er, direction. Behar is the eldest among the ladies and has been with the show the longest. She’s 76 years old.

Seems like as good a time as any to write a book on S&M.

Behar is calling it an “erotic comedy.”

The news came up during an interview this week with EL James, who famously authored 50 Shades of Grey. James’s new book is called The Mister. “This guy is an aristocrat and she’s his mate from Albania,” James explained. “…I like disarmed men.”

“Even if he has the whip?” Behar asked.

In 50 Shades, the woman is submissive. But in Behar’s erotic mind, the man in hers will be the submissive one.

“I actually am writing something, and it’s the opposite,” Behar said, momentarily stealing James’s thunder. “Where the man is getting hit. It’s sort of an S&M thing they’re doing. It’s a playful thing. It’s a comedy.”

Co-hosts Sunny Hostin and Meghan McCain burst out laughing.

Behar asked James, “Did it change your life?” The erotica author replied, “Bigly.”

McCain, who despises President Trump for all the shitty things he has said about her late father, Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), suggested that the submissive man in Behar’s novel could be Trump. As vanilla as she can sometimes be, Abby Huntsman, who occasionally shocks viewers with strange admissions, like the time she discussed her parents’ relationship. She also shared about being in stirrups when the doctor told her she was having twins and her husband fainted. (RELATED: ‘View’ Host Says She’s Expecting Twins)

Huntsman’s literary contribution to Behar’s book was that Trump could be “in handcuffs.”

As the show’s signature song goes, let’s go crazy.
