What’s in a word? Turns out, a lot, especially when that word is “spied” and it’s used to accurately describe what the intelligence community did to the Trump campaign under President Barack Obama.
Yet the mention of that fact sends not only Democrats but journalists into a tizzy — even though journalists used that word repeatedly to describe what the Obama administration did when they didn’t think it mattered. We have the audio of all of it.
James Comes is back, or more accurately: won’t go away. He wrote a self-indulgent piece in the Times about how President Donald Trump eats souls. Yes, that’s what he wrote. We mock it accordingly.
Democrats and the White House have reportedly agreed on a deal to spend $2 trillion on infrastructure. To pay for it, there is a push to raise the gas tax. Both parties love hidden taxes like the gas tax and boondoggles like “infrastructure” bills. We explain why.
Minnesota Democratic Sen. Amy Klobuchar has a crazy idea to “get money out of politics”: taking our money and giving it back to us in the form of vouchers. That way, we can it give back to politicians for their campaigns. It’s as crazy as it sounds and would cost more than $82 billion. Nuts.
