On the Friday interview edition of The Daily Daily Caller Podcast, we get into the spying done by the Obama administration that liberals refuse to call spying.
We also dissect why the people behind the spying decided now was the time to tell the New York Times some of the things they did in “surveilling” the Trump campaign.
We also cover Facebook transforming from a platform to a publisher by banning people they don’t like, how the Washington Post declared Louis Farrakhan “far-right” and how a “journalism watchdog” group published fake news in pursuit of banning fake news.
Plus, we interview Mike Gonzalez, senior fellow at the Heritage Foundation, about what’s really happening Venezuela.
Listen to the whole show:
Watch the interview:
Why are FBI sources now talking to the New York Times about the spying they did on the Trump campaign, especially after insisting no spying ever took place? It’s a very strategic reason and we explain why.
Facebook is banning people they don’t like (again), and The Washington Post decided to label left-wing icon and noted bigot Louis Farrakhan a man of the “far-right.” Why? Because they don’t want people to know just how popular he is with so many leaders on the left.
Journalism watchdog Poynter complied a list of websites they decided were “fake news.” The only problem is: The list consisted mainly of conservative websites that liberals would love to see shut down. It was so flawed that the entire list was pulled — fake news from a group trying to label fake news.
Then, we get into the situation in Venezuela, the danger and despair as the socialist nation collapses under the weight of a tyrant. Mike Gonzalez from the Heritage Foundation talks about how we got to this point and where it all goes from here.
