Britney Spears has been granted a restraining order against her ex-manager Sam Lutfi after she alleged he’s been harassing her and her family.

In documents obtained by TMZ on Wednesday, a judge accepted the order from the 37-year-old singer that tells her ex-manager he must stay at least 200 yards away from the “Womanizer” hitmaker. (SLIDESHOW: The Sexiest Looks From The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show)

The documents also reportedly state that Lutfi must stay away from the singer’s family and can’t make any “disparaging” comments about Spears. (SLIDESHOW: 142 Times Josephine Skriver Barely Wore Anything)

According to the report, Lutfi disputed claims that he made any direct contact with the “Oops! I Did It Again” singer, not since 2009. But reportedly admitted to reaching out to her mom, Lynne Spears, through phone calls and “non-confrontational” texts. He also reportedly offered the singer’s mom what was labeled financial assistance regarding Spears’ conservatorship. But insisted he wasn’t trying to “bribe her.”(SLIDESHOW: These Women On Instagram Hate Wearing Clothes)

In the same documents, Lutfi turned the claims of “disparaging” comments against the singer claiming she was the one who had made negative comments about him in a recent Instagram post.

As previously reported, Spears reportedly went back to court Tuesday to file a restraining order against Lutfi, because he was reportedly putting her mental health at risk.

Documents obtained by the outlet show that the singer had filed legal action against her ex-manager to “prevent future harm and further psychological trauma” against her. She also accused him of reportedly harassing her parents and getting her fans all worked up.

Lutfi is accused of sending texts to Spears’ mom and making “disparaging and threatening comments” on social media about the singer.

The documents also seem to hint that the singer believes her ex-manager was reportedly the source for the #FreeBritney movement, per the Blast.

She was recently released from a mental treatment facility where she admitted herself to deal with issues reportedly connected to her father’s ongoing health matters.
