Waka Flocka Flame and his wife reportedly owe $34,000 in back taxes.
Court papers show the rapper and Tammy Rivera had a state tax lien filed against them, according to a report published Friday by The Blast. The “Love And Hip Hop” couple has been accused of failing to pay their 2017 tax bill.
The “No Hands” rapper has been told if they don’t pay up their assets and property will be taken.

This isn’t the first time Waka Flocka has been in trouble over taxes. Last year the state of Georgia filed a state lien of $55,000 alleging the rapper didn’t pay taxes in 2012. The lien originally was for $25,000 but has grown in penalties to $55,000.
Not only does Flocka allegedly owe $34,000 in back taxes, he still hasn’t paid the $55,000 that he owes from 2012. That’s a lot of money to owe the government at one time. Maybe he should try to produce some new music considering that’s his source of income.
This seems like a pretty easy issue to avoid, if you just pay your taxes when you should. The penalties themselves make you have to pay more than you would if you just paid them on time.
