Fox’s Greg Gutfeld Gets Higher Cable TV Ratings Than Bill Maher, Samantha Bee

Fox News’ host Greg Gutfeld is pulling in more live television viewers than several other late-night hosts, according to Nielsen Media Research.

“The Greg Gutfeld Show,” which airs at 10 p.m. EST on Saturday’s has an average of 1.7 million viewers, exceeding late-night hosts such as Bill Maher, Seth Meyers, and Samatha Bee, the Washington Examiner reports. The conservative comedian’s numbers rank fourth behind CBS’ “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert,” NBC’s “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” and ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” although all three saw their audiences decrease in the past year, compared to Gutfeld who saw a 7% increase. Colbert, Fallon and Kimmel saw a decline of 2%, 9% and 10% respectively.

Other big names that are being outperformed by Gutfeld, include CBS’ James Corden, HBO’s John Oliver, and Comedy Central’s Trevor Noah. (RELATED: Trevor Noah Compares Trump To African Dictator On CNN: ‘Follow The Money’)

Gutfeld’s numbers nearly double Bee’s and Noah’s, who pull in an average of 835,00 and 732,00 viewers respectively. In addition to his laid back Saturday night show, Gutfeld is also the host of “The Five,” which airs at 5 p.m. EST on Fox News’ every week.

Known for his colorful and lively personality, the 54-year-old Gutfeld has been at Fox News since 2007 and has hosted the Saturday night show which bears his name since 2015.
