Luke Grimes recently opened up about the second season of “Yellowstone,” and it sounds like it’ll be great for fans of the hit show.

Grimes plays the youngest Dutton son, Kayce, in the Paramount Network production. As all viewers of the show know, the character is a bit of a hot head, a former Navy SEAL and has no problem killing people. At the end of season one, he hung a guy. It’s safe to say he isn’t somebody you want on your bad side. Now, he’ll face his inner demons when the new episodes start June 19. Grimes recently told Jeffrey K. Howard about what Kayce is doing in season two:

Basically, he’s just dealing with the loss of the love of his life and then where does he go? And, I think through those circumstances, he had no choice but to go back home and to start to face some of the things that are troubling him and face the demons that are kind of pulling him away from everything that’s good for him. And, also thinking about the future for his son and for the ranch.

You can watch his full comments below.

Kayce should have one of the biggest storylines in the show heading into season two. He appears to be the man John Dutton (Kevin Costner) will use as the future of the ranch, he’s got to get back with Monica and he’s on the warpath.

We also know he’s going to go into what happened to his character in war. That should have fans everywhere super excited.

I can’t wait to find out what molded the youngest Dutton son to become such a proficient and excellent killer. It’s going to be epic.
