A dude got lit up in epic fashion in a viral video on Twitter.
Barstool Sports posted a video Tuesday of a guy attempting to flip off of a diving board, and it didn’t go well. In fact, I’m not sure it could have gone much worse. (SLIDESHOW: These Women On Instagram Hate Wearing Clothes)

Don’t get cocky! It almost never ends well. In this specific case, he had to pay a high physical price.
I’m honestly not sure it could have gone much worse. Not only is his ego probably completely destroyed, but his body has to hurt so badly after that stunt.
If you’re going to pull a move like that, you damn well better be sure you can actually accomplish it. Otherwise, you’re just going to get humiliated.
Do better next time. Do much better.
