Model Chrissy Teigen was criticized over a new tattoo she debuted Thursday on her Instagram.

The new tattoo features a series of numbers, and a series of birth dates from people in her family, across Teigen’s forearm, according to a report published by the New York Post. The dates included the birthdays of her husband John Legend and children, Luna and Miles.

Teigen did get positive feedback from most of her followers.

“Omg wait I love this,” reporter Yashir Ali commented on her Instagram post. (RELATED: Chrissy Teigen Slams Critics Slamming Her For Not Wearing A Bra)

“I use these lotto number too. Small world,” comedian David Spade added.

However, other social media users condemned the model’s tattoo for it’s “Holocaust vibes.”

“Yikes really strong holocaust vibes,” one user commented.

“Idk I think this would make any Jewish person very uncomfortable even if unintentionally,” another added.

“Is anyone else a little bothered by the fact that she got a series of numbers on her forearm? Is the Holocaust really that far removed from our reality? Anyone??” another pointed out.

“Chrissy I love you I just wish people were more aware of the connection to the holocaust when they elect to get forearm tattoos of numbers,” one added.
Teigen has yet to comment on the backlash.
