An ESPN graphic got Justin Fields’ school wrong during the Heisman ceremony.

Fields has led the Ohio State offense this season, and dominated on his way to getting invited to New York. Before taking over the Buckeyes, he played his freshman year at Georgia. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

Apparently, the person in charge of graphics wasn’t informed of his decision to leave because he was still listed as a Georgia quarterback.

How does a mistake like this happen? Obviously, we all make mistakes in life, but this just can’t happen. Fields transferring to OSU was one of the biggest storylines in football over the past year.

It’s also not like he transferred and sat on the bench. He transferred and tore up the Big 10. As painful as that is for me to say, it’s 100% true.

Again, in the grand scheme of things, this is pretty minor. It’s more laughable than anything because I just don’t understand how it happens.

Fields still at Georgia? Has the person running the graphics department not turned on a TV in the past year?

You know who probably wishes this graphic was 100% accurate? Georgia fans. I can’t tell you how much complaining I’ve heard for fans of the Bulldogs that Kirby Smart rode with Jake Fromm over Fields.

Georgia’s offense is not anything special, and Ohio State is dominating the world of college football at the same time.

I guess they should have let Fields play a shade more down in Athens!
