Carolina Panthers defensive end Vernon Butler got tossed Sunday against the Colts.

What the hell was the Panthers DE thinking? You can get away with a lot in the NFL. You know what you can’t get away with?

Punching your opponent in the face. That’s going to get you ejected 10/10 times.

It also didn’t just end with the punch for Butler. He hit the fans with the middle finger after his stupid behavior.

I sure hope Butler isn’t too attached to his money because he’s about to lose a large chunk of it. The NFL isn’t going to tolerate this at all.

The punch by itself is more than enough to get a huge fine. Add in the middle finger and Butler is going to lose a ton of cash.

Roger Goodell is going to drop the hammer on the Panthers player. He’s about to lose a substantial amount of money.

Play stupid games, and you’ll win very stupid prizes. In Butler’s case, he just cost himself a ton of money.
