Oklahoma quarterback Jalen Hurts had some emotional comments after losing to LSU in the college football playoff.
Hurts, who previously played at Alabama, was supposed to be the hero who carried the Sooners to a title. That all came crashing down when LSU destroyed them. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)
After the loss, Hurts addressed the media, and damn near crushed us all when he fought back emotions as he said, “I will never play college football again.

If that video above didn’t pull at your heartstrings, then I seriously have to question whether or not you’re even a college football fan.
I’m not an Oklahoma fan at all. I couldn’t care less about whether or not they win or lose, and his comment about never playing against just crushed me.
You could see the pain in his heart, and it’s just brutal to listen to.

The reality is that Jalen Hurts had an incredible career at Alabama and Oklahoma. He’s one of the best quarterbacks we’ve seen in the past decade.
He was a class act on and off the field, he played his heart out and he was fun to watch.

Now, we’ll see if he can find himself a career in the NFL. I have no doubt somebody will give him a shot.
