“The Mandalorian” was great in season one.

I just banged out the final episodes of season one last night on Disney+, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. I’m going to keep this spoiler free because I don’t want to ruin anything for any of you. (REVIEW: ‘Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker’ Is A Solid Conclusion To An Epic Saga)

Here’s what I will say beyond any shadow of a doubt. “The Mandalorian” was better than the past few “Star Wars” films we’ve gotten.

It’s not even close. “The Mandalorian” was head and shoulders ahead of the latest movies. It feels like it was old school “Star Wars.”

It was all about a badass bounty hunter/assassin traveling the galaxy protecting baby Yoda and uncovering the truth of what’s happening.

The action scenes were absolutely insane. By far and away the best “Star Wars” action scenes we’ve seen in a long time.

Hell, they might even have been better than large chunks of the original. The entire episode with Bill Burr was outstanding from start to finish.

The ending will also leave everybody with a nice cliffhanger that will have everybody tuning in for season two.

If you haven’t already started watching “The Mandalorian,” I suggest you do immediately. As for everybody else, sound off in the comments with your thoughts!
