It’s only January, and the Wisconsin Badgers are already getting plenty of hype for the 2020 football season.
Pro Football Focus dropped their “way-too-early” top 25 for the upcoming season. Where did my beloved Badgers fall? (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)
They came in at 10. PFF noted that they’re losing some big pieces but have a “consistent roster from top to bottom.”

You just love seeing it, right? It’s January, and the hype train is already chugging along. Usually, nobody gives the Badgers the time of day until it’s halfway through the season.
At that point, everybody wants to pretend like they knew the whole time we’d be awesome. Nobody wants to be there before the season starts.

It’s usually just me riding all by myself. The national media pretends like we don’t even exist. Apparently, it’s going to be a shade different in 2020.
National outlets are already lining up and voicing support for my guys in Madison. Naturally, Wisconsin will just do what we always do best, which is just get to work.
