Margot Robbie’s new movie “Birds of Prey” had a horrific opening weekend at the box office.

Early projections had it earning as much as $55 million.

Not a great look for my girl Robbie at all. She was supposed to usher in a new anti-hero era as Quinn. This was supposed to make buckets of cash.
Instead, we’re sitting here talking about how it fell about $20 million short of expectations. That’s a big problem.
Hollywood is never eager to repeat an action that lost a ton of money. That likely means Robbie’s time as Quinn is officially over.
The odds of another one getting greenlit isn’t good at all after this one made only $33.3 million. It’s not good at all.

As for Robbie, I’m still a huge fan, and I hope she bounces back in a big way. She’s one of the best actresses in the game, but there’s no doubt she took a beating on this one.
