Bernie Sanders Emulates Nelson Mandela When Talking About Voting

Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders brought up former South African President Nelson Mandela while rallying an audience to vote for him.

“Some of you may be familiar with Nelson Mandela … and his fight for freedom in South Africa and people marching to the polls,” the Vermont senator said Tuesday in Nevada. “Well, we’re fighting to change America.”

“Let’s go out. I think the polling booths are pretty close to here. … Let’s change America,” he continued.
