Dez Bryant is continuing to do everything he can to get back into the NFL.

In a video shared on Twitter by The Checkdown, the former Dallas Cowboys star is on his back practicing one-handed catches. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

You can give it a watch below.

While I respect Bryant’s drive and passion to get back into the NFL, he really needs to give this up. It’s just not in the cards.

He’s on the wrong side of 30, he’s had an achilles injury and he hasn’t played a snap of football since the Cowboys cut him loose.

There’s nothing about this timeline that adds up to Dez Bryant getting back into the NFL. Nothing at all.

In life, you sometimes have to know when the party is over and it’s time to go home. Right now, I’d say the party is over for Dez Bryant.
