USA Today Names Wisconsin’s Greg Gard The Big 10 Coach Of The Year

Wisconsin basketball coach Greg Gard got a huge honor from USA Today when the yearly awards were revealed Monday.

Well, the critics, haters and losers aren’t going to like this at all. They’re not going to like this one bit.

People were calling for Greg Gard to be fired just a few months back. They wanted nothing to do with him. He was getting crushed regularly.

Instead of caving like most would have, Gard picked up the Badgers and led them to a B1G regular season title.

I’m honestly so damn happy for Gard. The man and the team as a whole have been through so damn much this season.

From Howard Moore’s tragedy to Kobe King quitting the team, it seemed like things just kept getting worse and worse.

Most teams would have given up. Greg Gard just kept fighting, and he’s now the “CoY” in the B1G.
