Former Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton donated a ton of money to help people during the coronavirus crisis.

This is the definition of a class act and hell of a great gesture. Dalton knew he was getting cut the moment the Bengals drafted Joe Burrow.
His time with the Bengals was over and he was going to be shown the exit. Despite that fact, he still donated a ton of money to help the city.
If that’s not a classy gesture, then I don’t know what is.

Andy Dalton by all accounts is one of the best guys in the NFL, and the fact he donated $150,000 to a city that soon wouldn’t be his home is proof of that fact.
Hopefully, more athletes follow his example. The world could use a few more guys like Dalton.
