The NFL likely won’t play games outside of America during the 2020 season.

The NFL regularly plays games in London and Mexico to spread awareness about the game and build up the international fanbase. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

However, the coronavirus might put an end to that fun in 2020. According to Adam Schefter, a source told him it’s unlikely international games “(are) coming this year.”

Much like the Navy versus Notre Dame game scheduled to happen in Ireland, I think all football games should be brought back to America for the upcoming season.

While I’m all for getting the games going, I’m not for unnecessary risks. Playing games overseas seems risky as all hell.

The NFL should 100% make sure no games are played outside of the country.

Seriously, I’d love for somebody to try to explain with a straight face why we need to go to England to play football during a pandemic when we can just do it here.

The answer is that there isn’t a good explanation at all. The NFL can’t be taking games overseas and to Mexico at the moment.

Once the crisis passes, we can have a different conversation.

For the time being, all games should happen only in America. It’s just common sense for the NFL.
