MSNBC anchor Stephanie Ruhle gave a behind the scenes peek at her live report Monday where her son was secretly laying on her lap during the segment.

Ruhle was talking about Disney and MGM’s reopening plan amid the novel coronavirus and all seemed normal to viewers back home. The MSNBC anchor tweeted about the live report Monday with an additional video that showed off her multitasking skills.

“My new disney analyst….,” Ruhle tweeted. (RELATED: Ian Bremmer Praises China’s Authoritarian Policies In Combatting Coronavirus)

Ruhle’s son was dressed up in a tie and button down shirt, and the MSNBC host noted in the Twitter comments that she “pulled him up at the end of the segment.” CNN contributor Amanda Carpenter wrote that Ruhle’s son “gets a million extra points” for his outfit.

Many other journalists and media pundits commented positively on Ruhle’s video, with some seeming to praise the host for her multitasking abilities amid the virus.

“It’s the family version of not wearing pants on camera,” founder of Talking Points Memo Josh Marshall tweeted.

Anchors from various networks have been recording from home because of the novel coronavirus. CNN’s Chris Cuomo typically records from his basement and many hosts have resorted to virtually interviewing guests on shows from their homes, too.
