This is going to be awesome. First off, Lane Kiffin is going to be facing his old team twice for some great non-conference games.

Let’s not forget that USC fired Kiffin as soon as he stepped off the plane after a loss with the Trojans. He’s never forgotten the incident, and I’m sure he’ll still carry it with him in 2025.

Secondly, as someone who has visited Ole Miss, I can tell you fans of the Trojans will love The Grove. They’re going to love it.

Outside of Madison, it might be the best game day experience I’ve ever had in all of college football. Fans coming from Los Angeles will love the break from the big city as they kick back with a few beers with the good people of Mississippi.

Huge non-conference games are great for the soul of college football, and Lane Kiffin leading the Rebels against his old team should be absolutely awesome.

Props to everyone who played a role in bringing this series together. Damn, I am so ready to watch these games happen.

I honestly can’t wait for football to be back!
