New Orleans Saints quarterback Jameis Winston had an unusual training routine in a recent video.

This is such a classic Winston move that you almost just have to respect it. The dude is out here swinging around a metal rod like it’s no big deal.
Can anyone explain to me how this will help Winston become a better quarterback? Is he trying to cut down on his interceptions or is he trying to become a sword fighter?
I honestly can’t tell at this point.
