“Spinning Man” is a fascinating movie, if you’re looking for something to watch.

During Memorial Day, I found myself with a little free time. I also found the film with Guy Pearce and Pierce Brosnan on Hulu. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

I’d never heard of the 2018 movie, but the description seemed interesting enough. I decided to give it a shot!

The plot is pretty straightforward on the surface. Pearce plays a philosophy professor who is suspected of killing a young woman. Brosnan plays the detective tasked with finding the truth.

Obviously, below the surface, the film gets much more complicated. I won’t spoil anything, but there are constant twists and turns.

Hell, to be totally honest with you, I’m not sure I still understand the ending. The murder storyline gets a concrete resolution, but some other stuff is left open to interpretation.

Here’s what I will say: “Spinning Man” kept me on the edge of my seat from start to finish. I loved it. There were some serious “Gone Girl” vibes in the film.

While it’s not too similar to “Gone Girl,” I think you’ll understand what I’m talking about once you see it.

“Spinning Man” is all about what lies deep below the surface, and that’s not a path a lot of people want to take.

So if you’re looking for something to watch while quarantining or just have some time to kill, I highly recommend “Spinning Man” on Hulu. You won’t be disappointed.
