The Oscars won’t happen as scheduled in 2021.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the biggest event in the entertainment industry has been pushed back to April 25 because of the coronavirus pandemic. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

The Academy Awards were originally scheduled for February 28.

You know things are bad when the biggest event in all of Hollywood has to get moved because of the coronavirus pandemic.

The film industry more or less shut down because of coronavirus. Theaters across America shut their doors and movies were pushed back.

Now, the Academy Awards have taken a hard hit. If that’s not the definition of bad, then I simply don’t know what is.

While a lot of people might hate award shows, I actually enjoy them if I’m a fan of the movies being featured.

Unfortunately we’re going to be waiting a long time until we see someone give another epic speech. It’s a damn shame, but it’s the world we now live in.
