A guy on YouTube created an awesome video explaining why Iowa can’t beat Wisconsin in football.
The Badgers and Hawkeyes are major sports rivalries in the B1G, but Wisconsin has tended to dominate Iowa over the past several years. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)
While the teams should be very even on paper, it never seems to end that way on the field. Youtube user “Rob Donaldson” released a 26-minute video breaking down in insane detail why Iowa lags behind the great Wisconsin Badgers.
Let me go ahead and save you all some time. Yes, you could have sat through all 26 minutes, and I’m sure it would have been the best thing you saw all day.
However, it’s not a secret why Wisconsin owns Iowa. We’re simply better at everything they try to do. We’re better on defense, we run the ball better, we’re tougher, Paul Chryst is a better coach, Jack Coan is a more dependable QB, and we just kick their butt like it’s a chore we just have to do.
You know what everyone in Iowa wants? They want to actually be from Wisconsin. It’s similar to people from Minnesota, but people in Iowa at least seem to accept they’re inferior.
While our molds and blue-collar football templates, you can’t expect Iowa to compete with Wisconsin. You just can’t do it.
We crush them annually for the Heartland Trophy, and you don’t need a 26 minute video to understand why.
