The Badgers had two positive cases after the first round of testing. It’s not specified what sports the athletes play.

Honestly, a total of seven positive tests out of 428 administered isn’t too bad at all. That’s an infection rate of 1.63%.

While I’d prefer to have zero cases of coronavirus on campus, the Badgers having a total of seven new cases after more than 400 tests is a reason to celebrate.

That’s an incredibly manageable number. There’s no question about that at all. So far, we’ve had a grand total of nine positive cases after nearly 545 tests.

Again, it’s not perfect, but we’re certainly heading in the right direction. We’ve avoided getting hammered like LSU, Clemson and Texas.

Whenever we can get a small victory in the war against coronavirus, I’ll take it. Having only nine total cases after hundreds and hundreds of tests is a win for sure. Let’s keep up the great work in Madison, and let’s make sure everyone continues to stay safe!
