A 13-year-old Pennsylvania teen has reportedly been charged as an adult this past Wednesday for the murder of his 9-year-old younger brother with their father’s handgun.
Pennsylvania State Trooper Erica Polcha filed an arrest affidavit which said that police responded to a 6 a.m. call from the shooter, Brayden L. Wright, claiming that the victim had suffered a fall according to The Patriot-News. The police reportedly found the victim bleeding from his head and in cardiac arrest. He later died in Waynesboro hospital, the Waynesboro Record-Herald reported.
The affidavit also states that Brayden said the dispute occurred over a game of cops and robbers and that “he did this because the victim was not complying his commands,” reported The Patriot-News. Brayden said that he was “angry with the victim for not listening to him.” (RELATED: Report: 96-Year-Old Chicago Woman Stabbed To Death With A Pitchfork)
