The Miami Marlins have reportedly temporarily suspended their season.
According to Craig Mish, the team paused their upcoming games after multiple people in the organization tested positive for coronavirus. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)
It’s not clear when they’ll return.
The Miami Marlins 2020 season at least temporarily, has been paused. This will allow the team to continue to monitor health and safety of players.

Well, like I said earlier today, the writing was on the wall for this move to happen. First, there were 14 reported positive tests and then four more today.
After their game against Baltimore got canceled, it was pretty clear that the Marlins were on a path to have their season suspended.

I honestly have no idea what to expect at this point with baseball moving forward. I don’t have a clue at all, but things aren’t looking good.
If the Marlins are the only team to not play, then it’s probably not a major blow to the MLB. However, if this trend becomes more prevalent, then you can stick a fork in the season.
It’s that simple in my eyes.

Hopefully, the Marlins heal up and are able to play again in 2020. It really sucks how the MLB’s return has unfolded.
