Los Angeles Chargers Star Joey Bosa has reached a huge extension with the team.

The former Ohio State star gets $102 million guaranteed as part of the deal. It’s a new defensive record.
Chargers and DE Joey Bosa reached agreement on a 5-year, $135 million extension that ties him to LA the next six years, league sources tell ESPN. He had $78M fully guaranteed at signing and $102M guaranteed – a new NFL defensive record.

Bosa is a freak of nature, and he’s an absolute terror for defensive coordinators to deal with. When it comes to putting fear into quarterbacks, good luck finding many guys better than Bosa.
When you get a generational talent at defensive end, you spend whatever is necessary to keep him on your squad.
That’s what the Chargers just did with Bosa.
