Stacey Dash’s estranged husband, Jeffrey Marty, reportedly wants their marriage annulled and claims that she used “hypnotic prayer” to get him to marry her.

In court documents obtained by TMZ in a piece published Wednesday, the 53-year-old actress’ husband, who is a lawyer, claimed the “Clueless” star and her pastor allegedly used “hypnotic prayer techniques” to get him to consent to the wedding. The “Single Ladies” star’s husband didn’t go into further detail about what he meant by “techniques” that were allegedly used on him.

Marty also reportedly shared in court docs, in response to Dash’s divorce petition, that he married her April 6, 2018, just 10 days after he claimed her pastor “unexpectedly and suddenly proclaimed that it was God’s will” they get married.

Dash’s attorney didn’t respond to the claims, but did share that she also wants the marriage annulled as soon as possible.

As previously reported, Stacey announced in April that she and her fourth husband were splitting after two years of marriage.
