According to Brett McMurphy, the Tigers have 14 athletes with coronavirus after the latest round of testing. Clemson didn’t identify which teams the 14 individuals are on. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

I’ve said this before, and I’ll say it again for everyone. The only sport that matters right now is college football.

Clemson and Dabo Swinney have to do whatever is necessary to protect the football team. If that means they’re isolated from the rest of the campus, then so be it.

The last thing Clemson and the world of college football needs is for a major outbreak to hit the Tigers. That’d be a disaster on so many levels.

The Tigers are expected to compete for a national title. The last thing we need is for them to get decimated by coronavirus.

Keep sick athletes quarantined, allow them to heal and keep them far away from the Clemson football team. It’s that simple.
