It’s been an insane journey for Ryan Shazier. He entered the league ready to set the NFL on fire when he came out of Ohio State.
Then, it all fell apart when he suffered a spinal injury against the Bengals.
Steelers told Ryan Shazier has a spinal contusion and that some swelling is involved. Mike Tomlin and Kevin Colbert took a police escort to hospital.

There was a time when it looked like Shazier might never be able to live a normal life again. While he’s done playing football, he’s made insane strides in getting back to normal.
He deserves nothing but praise for the comeback he’s made.
