Rapper 50 Cent doubled down on his support of President Donald Trump after finding out about Joe Biden’s tax plan.

50 Cent faced backlash across the internet, including from his ex-girlfriend Chelsea Handler, after he came out Monday supporting Trump.

“Yeah, i don’t want to be 20cent,” the rapper captioned the video. “62% is a very, very, bad idea. i don’t like it !” (RELATED: 50 Cent Endorses President Donald Trump After Seeing Biden’s Tax Plan)

The 62% tax rate would only affect people who make over $400,000 a year in New York City.

“You used to be my favorite ex-boyfriend,” Handler responded to 50 Cent.

“oh my God this is affecting my love life now,” 50 Cent responded. “@chelseahandler I love ya Gator, don’t let Trump and joe Biden come between us girl.”

50 Cent seemingly doubled down after expressing surprise at Biden’s proposed tax rate hike.

“WHAT THE FUCK! (VOTE For TRUMP) IM OUT,” he captioned a screenshot of Biden’s potential tax rates for California, New York, New York City and New Jersey. “FUCK NEW YORK The KNICKS never win anyway.”

I don’t care Trump doesn’t like black people 62% are you out of ya f*cking mind,” he continued.

President Donald Trump shared Wednesday’s cover of the New York Post that featured a photo of 50 Cent with the headline: “‘I Don’t Want To Be 20 Cent’ Under Biden Tax Plan.”
