A homeless man, Devan Harris, was reportedly arrested for pelting two cops in the face with eggs during a political clash Sunday afternoon between Trump supporters and anti-Trump supporters, the New York Daily News reported,

Harris, 32, was charged with allegedly pelting the officers with eggs and resisting arrest after police officers showed up on scene to break up the brawl between the “Jews for Trump” caravan and anti-Trump protesters, according to the New York Daily News.

Officers responded to a fight that had broken out after protesters allegedly started yelling insults and pelting eggs at a caravan of pro-Trump cars driving through the city.

Former NYC Mayor and President Donald Trump’s lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, got caught up in the caravan. Protesters screamed insults at him as he drove by with his window down, according to the New York Daily News. (RELATED: Thousands Of Vehicles Join Trump Road Rally In Philadelphia Suburb)

Protesters allegedly screamed, “You f*cking suck!” as Giuliani drove by them. Giuliani told the New York Daily News that he was not participating in the “Jews for Trump” caravan, but rather got stuck in the traffic driving home after finishing a radio interview.
