The Baltimore Ravens have signed Dez Bryant.
According to Ian Rapoport, the former Cowboys star has agreed to a deal to join Baltimore’s practice squad. It’ll be the first time he’s been on an NFL team since getting hurt after signing with the Saints. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)
There had been chatter about this happening last week, and now it’s a done deal.
Kudos to Dez for fighting to get back in the NFL, even when it seemed unlikely at times. As for the #Ravens, a potential late-season addition to the game day roster if all goes well. https://t.co/ahrXZlEYy9

I’m honestly a little surprised that this actually came together and happened. As I’ve said before, I thought Dez would never play again.
I thought his time in the NFL was long over, and that he was chasing a ghost at this point by trying to play again.

Clearly, I was wrong because Dez is now back in the NFL. If things go well on the practice squad, the Ravens might have found a solid option for a postseason run.
It’s always great to see a guy complete an outstanding comeback journey.

Props to Bryant and let’s hope we get to see him on the field at some point in time.
