The Houston Texans have closed their facility after a positive coronavirus test.

According to Tom Pelissero, the Texans released a statement Thursday morning that a player had tested positive for coronavirus, and the facility is shut down for the time being. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

The Texans are currently slated to play the Jaguars this Sunday. You can read the full statement below.

Before everyone gets spun up, let me remind everyone that the 49ers were just in this situation, and they’re still playing tonight.

There’s literally no reason to panic right now. Despite what some people on Twitter might do to spin up fear, everything is fine at the moment.

Now, if there’s all of a sudden an explosion of positive tests in the locker room for the Texans, then we’re talking about a different story.

However, as of this very moment, everyone can just chill the hell out. As a betting man, I’d bet just about anything that the game against the Jaguars happens.
