The Trump campaign has released a list of over 3,000 instances where they claim voter fraud occurred in Nevada using the addresses of active military members and their families, according to The Hill.
The list reportedly contains around 3,062 instances of people who are registered to vote in Nevada. However, according to the list, they are living elsewhere — either overseas or elsewhere in the United States, reported The Hill.
It is not uncommon for military members to vote via absentee ballot while being stationed elsewhere, as reported by CNN.

“Our voter registration is in Nevada, our cars are registered in Nevada, our licenses are in Nevada,” Amy Rose, whose spouse is currently stationed in California, told Military.com during an interview. “We just don’t live there because the military has told us to move somewhere else. … To see my integrity challenged, along with other members of the military to be challenged in this way, it is a shock. And to be potentially disenfranchised because of these actions, that’s not OK.”
President Donald Trump’s campaign reportedly declined to comment when contacted by The Hill.
“In my role as chairman of the National Defense Committee, I reached out to the campaign and the Republican National Committee. I believe that these military votes were included in the complaint mistakenly, and I believe a modified complaint will be filed to redact this,” said Bob Carey, Chairman of the National Defense Committee, as reported by The Hill. Trump has yet to concede the 2020 election to Democratic opponent Joe Biden, and his campaign has opened legal challenges in a number of key battleground states, seeking ballot recounts. Meanwhile, many of the major news networks have already called the election in favor of Biden.
