How Is It That So Many Of The New York Times Toss-Ups Went For The GOP?

The New York Times identified a list of House races as “toss ups” in the lead-up to Election Day. Most of them — 19 out of 27 on the list — turned red, and most of the remaining uncalled races are leaning Republican.
