Alabama and Ohio State are the two teams leading the latest national title odds.

In the latest odds from Bovada, Alabama is at +125, Ohio State is at +250, Clemson is at +350 and Florida closed out the top four at +900. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

No other team is under +1000.

I’m not surprised at all that OSU and Alabama are at the top of the list. In fact, I’d be shocked if they weren’t.

Now, that doesn’t mean Clemson is out of the race sitting in third. Not at all, but they do have a loss hanging over their head.

It’s hard to envision a situation where Alabama or Ohio State lose in the regular season. In fact, I’d be shocked if that happened.

Alabama might get a challenge in the SEC title game and OSU might get the same against Wisconsin in the B1G game.

Outside of that, both teams will be favored the entire way. Getting to the playoff is the majority of the battle. Once you’re there, all bets are off.

As for Wisconsin sitting pretty at +8000, keep counting us out everyone. Keep counting us out. Michigan did the same, and we all know how that worked out for them!
