After a few weeks of ratings holding steady and not really jumping or falling, the NFL can be incredibly happy with these numbers.

Peaking with an average of north of 13.5 million viewers is great news for the NFL, and everyone involved. That’s a gigantic audience for an NFL game in November.

I truly don’t understand why the ratings are all over the place. Even games you’d think would be popular haven’t hit super high numbers.

There’s just very little consistency when it comes to sports ratings since coronavirus started. It’s going to be fascinating to study for years to come.

No matter what Roger Goodell and NBC can both sit back and smile with the monster numbers from Sunday night.
