President Donald Trump’s time in office has been a roller coaster of wild accusations from Democrats and wild assertions from the president. While both have sometimes turned out to be false, corporate media usually only labels one side as “disinformation.”
A prime example of this trend is playing out in the aftermath of the 2020 election. Trump has spent the weeks since Election Day filing lawsuits and claiming the election was stolen, making allegations of voter fraud in states like Nevada, Pennsylvania and Georgia. Those accusations remain unsubstantiated for the most part, but the lawsuits remain and some are still under litigation.
