Miami (OH) vs. Kent State has been canceled.

According to a statement from the RedHawks, the game scheduled for Saturday has been canceled because of “roster issues with the Kent State football team related to positive COVID-19 tests and subsequent contact tracing.” (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

The game won’t be rescheduled.

Another day in the world of college football and another game bites the dust because of coronavirus! The chaos and carnage truly never ends.

I’ve just become used to firing up Twitter every day and seeing more cancelations. It’s become my sad reality, but there’s nothing I can really do about it.

Unfortunately, coronavirus is in a war with college football at the moment, and it’s landing some serious blows.

It hasn’t won, but it’s damn sure won some battles against specific games.

Let’s hope the cancelations are winding down. The last thing we need is more games getting wiped out as we near bowl season.
