‘RADICAL LIBERAL RAPHAEL WARNOCK’ … FOX: Kelly Loeffler wanted you to know Raphael Warnock is a ‘radical liberal’ (VIDEO)

Sen. Kelly Loeffler drove home one main point in Georgia’s Senate debate Sunday night, and that was labeling her opponent Raphael Warnock a “radical liberal.”

Loeffler said that “radical liberal Raphael Warnock” had no place in Peach State politics. She called him a “radical liberal” multiple times during the debate, the first time the two squared off ahead of a runoff election in January that will help decide who controls the Senate next year.

“I cannot stand by and let Georgians not know who my opponent is, how radical his views are, and how he would fundamentally change our country,” she said. “He’s out of step with Georgia’s values.”

Raphael Warnock Refused To Say If He Supports Court Packing During Georgia Senate Debate (VIDEO)

Democratic senate candidate Raphael Warnock refused to say during a debate Sunday whether he supports “court packing,” or adding seats to the Supreme Court.

“As I move all across the state … people aren’t asking me about the courts and whether we should expand the courts,” Warnock said at the debate against Georgia Sen. Kelly Loeffler, a Republican.

“I know that’s an interesting question for people inside the beltway to discuss, but they are wondering when in the world they are going to get some COVID-19 relief,” added Warnock, a pastor at Atlanta’s Ebenezer Baptist Church.

Trump Urges Georgians To Vote In Senate Elections, Predicts Democrat Voter Fraud (VIDEO)

President Donald Trump urged Georgians to vote in the state’s Senate runoff elections even as he told him the presidential election was rigged during a Saturday rally in the state.

Trump travelled to Georgia to support Republican Sens. Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue in their runoff elections, scheduled for early January. The elections will determine control of the U.S. Senate, with Democrats needing to win both seats to secure a 50-50 tie in the chamber.

‘RiggedElection!’: Trump Campaign Trolls Reporters At Georgia Rally With WiFi Passcode

Reporters who wanted to get free wifi at President Donald Trump’s rally in Valdosta, Georgia on Saturday night had to type in the passcode “RiggedElection!”

In his first post-election campaign rally, Trump’s expressed his support for Georgia Republican Sens. David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler as they campaign against Democratic challengers Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock in a January 5 runoff, but the president also reiterated claims of election fraud in November along with criticism of Republican Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp.

Several reporters posted pictures of the sign, which also included the SSID “Make America Great Again,” to Twitter prior to the event.

“@RudyGiuliani, by far the greatest mayor in the history of NYC, and who has been working tirelessly exposing the most corrupt election (by far!) in the history of the USA, has tested positive for the China Virus. Get better soon Rudy, we will carry on!!!” Trump tweeted.

According to a report from the New York Times, Giuliani is being treated at Georgetown University Medical Center.

A New York bar owner who has kept his establishment open for indoor dining in defiance of state restrictions, hit a sheriff’s deputy with his car while fleeing police Sunday morning, police said.

Danny Presti, the co-owner of Mac’s Public House in Staten Island, New York, was approached by deputies after they witnessed customers, some without masks, patronizing his bar Saturday night in violation of local coronavirus-related restrictions, New York City Sheriff Joseph Fucito said, according to The Associated Press.

Presti allegedly attempted to flee authorities, got into his vehicle and drove away from the bar, The AP reported. During his attempted getaway, Presti hit a deputy who clung to the bar owner’s car for 100 yards, Fucito said.

Most toxic team environment? Working for @NYGovCuomo.

I’ve had many jobs. Waitressing at @Friendlys as a teenager was an infinitely more respectful environment. Even when I had bad customers who tipped poorly.

If people weren’t deathly afraid of him, they’d be saying the same thing and you’d already know the stories.

Video Shows LA Restaurant Owner Furious Over Outdoor Dining Ban As Movie Company Sets Up Tents Right Next Door

A Los Angeles business owner posted a Facebook video on Friday expressing frustrations that her restaurant was being forced to close outdoor dining and alleging that a film company was allowed to setup outdoor dining in the same parking lot.

Angela Marsden, the owner of Pineapple Hill Saloon and Grill in Sherman Oaks, stated that she is no longer allowed to stay open with the new Los Angeles County order prohibiting outdoor dining. She also alleged that Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti approved tents and tables being set up for use by a film company.

“I’m losing everything. Everything I own is being taken away from me,” Marsden said in the video which has gone viral. “And they set up a movie company right next to my outdoor patio … They have not given us money and they have shut us down. We cannot survive. My staff cannot survive.”

Another California Sheriff Refuses To Send Deputies To Enforce Masks, ‘Social Gatherings Or Stay-At-Home Orders’

A California sheriff on Saturday joined a growing list of law enforcement leaders in the state who refuse to enforce recent coronavirus orders.

Orange County Sheriff Don Barnes tweeted an announcement vowing not to send his deputies to enforce mask violations, “social gatherings or stay-at-home” violations. Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom had issued a state-wide quarantine order for localities where intensive care unit capacity drops below 15%, according to the New York Times.

“Compliance with health orders is a matter of personal responsibility and not a matter of law enforcement,” Barnes said in the statement. “Orange County Sheriff’s Deputies will not be dispatched to, or respond to, calls for service to enforce compliance with face coverings, social gatherings or stay-at-home orders only.”

Operation Warp Speed’s Moncef Slaoui Predicts Things Will ‘Start Getting Back To Normal’ In April Or May (VIDEO)

Operation Warp Speed chief adviser Moncef Slaoui predicted that people’s lives may “start getting back to normal” by the spring if vaccine distribution and effectiveness go as planned.

Pfizer, Moderna, and AstraZeneca have all participated to some degree in the Trump administration initiative for coronavirus vaccine research, development, and distribution.

As the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) prepares to possibly approve the first vaccines over the next two weeks, Slaoui laid out the schedule and the potential impact during a Sunday morning appearance on CBS’ “Face the Nation.”

‘Just Nonsense’: Health Sec. Azar Knocks Biden Claims Of No Vaccine Distribution Plan (VIDEO)

Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar called President-elect Joe Biden’s contention that there isn’t a “detailed plan” for coronavirus vaccine distribution “just nonsense” during a Sunday morning appearance on “Fox News Sunday.”

Biden on Friday criticized President Donald Trump’s administration alleging a lack of a vaccine distribution plan during an event in Delaware.

“There is no detailed plan that we’ve seen, anyway, as to how you get the vaccine out of a container, into an injection syringe, into somebody’s arm,” Biden said.

IN FACT… CNBC: Trump Covid-19 vaccine chief to meet with Biden team this week to discuss distribution plan

“There is no detailed plan that we’ve seen, anyway, as to how you get the vaccine out of a container, into an injection syringe, into somebody’s arm,” Biden said in Delaware last week.

Slaoui pushed back on Biden’s remarks in an interview with CNN’s “State of the Union” on Sunday morning, arguing there is a detailed distribution plan but Biden’s transition team hasn’t yet been fully briefed.

Biden said he would mandate masking wearing on all federal property and interstate transportation when sworn in, and would also ask people to wear a mask for 100 days to mitigate the virus’ spread.

Biden Nominates California AG Xavier Becerra For Health And Human Services Secretary

President-elect Joe Biden has selected California Attorney General Xavier Becerra to lead the Department of Health and Human Services, The New York Times reported Sunday evening.

Becerra emerged as a surprise frontrunner for the post in the past few days, sources familiar with the Biden transition told the Times. Multiple recent reports had listed New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham and former Surgeon General Vivek Murthy as leading contenders, but Grisham reportedly fell out of favor with the transition and Biden’s team announced last week that he would nominate Murthy to return to his old post. […]

As attorney general of the most populous state in the country, Becerra focused extensively on criminal justice reform, immigration and health care. He led the defensive effort against Republican attorneys general who sought to overturn the Affordable Care Act, according to the Times.

“Far from ‘uniting’ the country, Biden has proven yet again he is an extremist on abortion,” said SBA List President Marjorie Dannenfelser. “Becerra is aggressively pro-abortion and a foe of free speech. As attorney general of California, he continued what his predecessor Kamala Harris started by persecuting citizen journalists who exposed Planned Parenthood’s role in baby parts trafficking. Not only that, he went all the way to the Supreme Court to try to force California’s pro-life pregnancy centers to advertise and refer for abortion – a policy the Court rejected as unconstitutional. In Congress, he even voted in favor of partial-birth abortion.”

Carter Page Wants A Say At Sentencing Of Ex-FBI Lawyer Involved In FISA Abuse

Carter Page is asking a federal judge to allow him to be heard at the upcoming sentencing hearing for Kevin Clinesmith, a former FBI lawyer who admitted to altering an email from the CIA about the former Trump aide’s relationship with the spy agency.

In a court filing submitted Friday, Page’s attorneys also ask that he be granted restitution, saying that actions by Clinesmith and others on the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane team advanced the false theory that Page was a Russian spy.

Page’s lawyer, Leslie McAdoo Gordon, asserted that Page has a right to speak at Clinesmith’s sentencing under the Crime Victims’ Rights Act, which allows the victims of federal crimes to be heard at public court proceedings.

FLASHBACK… JULY… CHUCK ROSS: Declassified Senate Report Details ‘Bitter Argument’ Between CIA And FBI Over Steele Dossier

Documents declassified on Tuesday detail an intense debate between the CIA and FBI in late 2016 over the handling of information from Christopher Steele, with one CIA official telling the Senate Intelligence Committee that the former British spy’s allegations about Trump-Russia collusion were “very unvetted.”

Despite the CIA’s concerns about Steele’s allegations, the FBI successfully lobbied to include his information in an Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) regarding Russian interference in the 2016 election. The bureau also continued using information from Steele to conduct surveillance against former Trump campaign aide Carter Page.

Investigators have since debunked several of Steele’s allegations.

Attorney General Bill Barr sparred with Democratic Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse Wednesday over the AG’s use of the word “spying” to describe the actions the FBI took against the Trump campaign.

Barr alleged during his testimony to the House Appropriations Committee in April that “spying did occur” against the Trump campaign as the FBI investigated alleged ties to Russia.

In addition to conducting surveillance on former Trump campaign official Carter Page, the FBI used informant Stefan Halper to make contact with three Trump campaign advisers. […]

Intel Chief Urges John Durham To Release Interim Report In Order To Protect Investigation (VIDEO)

John Ratcliffe, the director of national intelligence, urged U.S. Attorney John Durham on Sunday to release an interim report on his investigation into the origins of the Trump-Russia probe, saying that the American public should have record of the investigation in case the Biden administration shuts it down.

“I think the American people should know what’s happening in a two-year investigation into this and I hope that that report will be forthcoming,” Ratcliffe said in an interview on Fox News’s “Sunday Morning Futures.”

Attorney General William Barr appointed Durham special counsel on Oct. 19 to continue his investigation into whether government officials broke the law during the investigation of the Trump campaign. […]
