The Chiefs Beating The Broncos Gets Huge TV Ratings

The Kansas City Chiefs beating the Denver Broncos 22-16 put up some great TV ratings Sunday night.

According to ShowBuzzDaily.com, the “Sunday Night Football” matchup between the Chiefs and Broncos peaked with an average of 14.666 million viewers on NBC. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

That’s an incredibly respectable and impressive number.

At this point, you simply can’t deny that business is booming for the NFL when it comes to dominating the ratings.

The numbers speak for themselves. Regular season matchups are beating the ratings we saw during the NBA Finals.

They’re not even close. The NFL is out here dunking on everyone.

While the NFL got off to a shade of a rocky start this season, the ratings are gigantic right now. That’s what happens when you put huge teams under the spotlight in primetime.

It really doesn’t get much bigger than the defending Super Bowl champs.

We’ll see how the NFL does the rest of the season, but I have a feeling the momentum won’t slow down soon.
