The Rams Beating The Patriots Gets OK TV Ratings

The Rams beating the Patriots 24-3 Thursday night put up some OK TV ratings.

According to ShowBuzzDaily.com, the game between the Rams and Patriots peaked with an average of 9.742 million viewers on Fox. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

Are these the greatest ratings that we’ve ever seen out of the NFL this season? No. Are they bad enough that the league should panic? No.

Not at all, actually. It’s just a bit of a dip, but nothing to be concerned about in the long run.

Having said that, the NFL has done a really nice job this season when it comes to the TV ratings. Leagues around the country have been hammered, but the NFL has done just fine.

Why? Well, there are probably a lot of reasons, but the anthem protests are pretty much over and football is king.

No matter what happens in America, college football and the NFL always rule the country. That’s just a fact.

So, while the ratings were outrageous Thursday night, the NFL isn’t sweating it. I can promise you that much.
