The Cleveland Browns will be without multiple receivers Sunday against the New York Jets.
The team announced late Saturday afternoon that four receivers are on the league’s coronavirus list, and Jarvis Landry and Rashard Higgins are both on it. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)
Being on the list doesn’t mean you have coronavirus. It simply means you might have been exposed to somebody who is positive.
We’ve placed WR Rashard Higgins, WR KhaDarel Hodge, WR Jarvis Landry, WR Donovan Peoples-Jones & LB Jacob Phillips on the Reserve/COVID-19 list.
In addition, we’ve elevated (Contagious Disease Addendum) WR Ja’Marcus Bradley, LB Montrel Meander & WR Derrick Willies from the PS. pic.twitter.com/sCSte9PejF

Are the Jets about to upset the Browns? It seems like a very real possibility. Cleveland will be taking the field Sunday without their top two wide receivers.
I’m not sure how the hell anyone can expect Baker Mayfield to have a competent offense if he has nobody to throw the ball to.

I’ll say this for everyone. If Baker Mayfield dominates today while missing multiple receiving options, then he’s going to silence a ton of critics.
Hell, I might have to reevaluate my opinion on him if he can win while missing four receivers.

We’ll see what happens, but the Jets might actually have a life Sunday against Cleveland.
