Meghan Markle And Prince Harry Make Podcast Debut With Help From Son Archie

Royal son Archie Harrison helped make his parents, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s, podcast debut memorable with his surprise appearance.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s 19-month-old son, Archie, shared well wishes for a New Year at the end of the podcast, according to People magazine in a piece published Tuesday. (RELATED: Celebrate Prince William’s Birthday With Unforgettable Shots Of Kate Middleton [SLIDESHOW])

The duchess can be heard asking Archie if he’s having fun, to which Archie replied, “Fun.” Prince Harry then is heard coaxing his son into wishing listeners a “Happy New Year.”

“After me. Ready? Happy…” the duke said and Archie repeated, “Happy.”

Meghan and Harry then said, “New…” and their son completed the message: “New Year”

Earlier in the episode, the former “Suits” actress announced plans to share thoughts from some of their pals about what they “learned from 2020.”

“We thought, what if we can bring together some people that inspire us – people that we admire… and get their thoughts on what they learned from 2020,” the Duchess said, according to Deadline magazine.

“As we all know, it’s been a YEAR,” Prince Harry added. “And we really want to honor the compassion and kindness that has helped so many people get through it.”
