President-elect Joe Biden has two choices of how to interact with China: continue President Donald Trump’s nurturing of anti-Chinese Communist Party (CCP) sentiment across the globe, or turn down the heat and allow China’s influence to grow.

The stage is already set. Anti-China sentiment has grown steadily both in the U.S. and internationally since the outset of the coronavirus pandemic, yet the European Union (EU) entered a landmark trade deal with the communist regime Wednesday. While the U.S. has protested the deal under Trump, the final say will likely land with the incoming Biden administration on Jan. 20.
