The Badgers have fallen a spot in the latest AP Poll.

The week nine AP Poll was released Monday, and the Badgers came in at 10 after getting blown out by Michigan and beating Rutgers last week. Wisconsin was previously nine. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

Gonzaga is holding steady at number one.

Honestly, I’m stunned we only fell one spot after losing in the fashion we did to Michigan and following that up with a win over Rutgers.

Don’t get me wrong,  the Rutgers win was nice, but I didn’t think it’d be enough to save us.

With how bad the Badgers looked against the Wolverines, I figured we were going to drop to about 15, even after beating the Scarlet Knights.

Clearly, the voters aren’t really holding the loss against us too much because Michigan is a great team, and we only slipped a spot.

Now, it’s time to buckle up and prepare for Northwestern this upcoming Wednesday night. As I always say, it’s the next opportunity to earn a win. That’s all you can ask for! Let’s go out and get the job done.
